1. Overview
Preppyy offers a digital exam-preparation service accessed through prepaid passes (for example weekly, monthly or 6-month passes). A pass activates on your account instantly on purchase and grants unlimited access to the platform’s features for its duration. Because a pass is a digital good made available to you immediately, the terms below apply to all purchases.
2. All purchases are non-refundable
All pass purchases on Preppyy are final and non-refundable. Once a pass is activated on your account, the amount paid is non-refundable, whether or not you use the Service during the pass period, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3 below.
Before purchasing, we encourage every user to evaluate the Service using the free trial pass granted on signup, so you can try Preppyy at no cost before spending any money.
3. Limited exceptions
We will review and, where verified, refund or correct the following:
- Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment-gateway error.
- Failed delivery: your payment was successfully debited but the corresponding pass was not activated on your account, and the issue cannot be resolved by simply activating it.
- Unauthorised transaction: a charge was made through your account that you can demonstrate was fraudulent or unauthorised.
In these cases we will, at our discretion, either activate or extend the correct pass on your account or refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
4. What is not eligible for a refund
- Passes that have already started, in whole or in part (every pass starts immediately on purchase).
- Unused or partially used pass time where there has been no billing error (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.).
- Dissatisfaction with questions, explanations, AI insights, percentile estimates or your exam outcome; the Service does not guarantee any particular result.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Promotional, trial, referral or bonus pass days, which carry no monetary value.
5. Cancellation
Preppyy passes do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy a pass, and access simply ends when your pass expires. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account by emailing admin@preppyy.com; note that any remaining pass time is forfeited on account deletion and is not refunded.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund under Section 3, email admin@preppyy.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- The payment reference or order ID.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request and respond, after verification, typically within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method; the time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer and payment gateway.
